Shipping Information 

 All Denver Area orders from the site will be delivered 3-4 days from date of order unless you call us so we can create something for you for quicker delivery. If you ever want to order a gift with a ship date in the future, please call or email us your order. Thank you.

We use UPS, FedEx, USPS, and our own drivers for Denver Metro deliveries. No P.O. Boxes please. It is helpful to know if this is a business or a residential address. Some of our gifts ship directly from the manufacturer.

Please check ALL addresses to make sure they are up to date. Any incorrect addresses will have a minimum $18.50 charge for ground shipments and $24.50 for air shipments to re-deliver + any shipping/delivery charges required by our carriers since they will charge us. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given. Mrs. B’s is not responsible for shipping or delivery charges incurred by the carrier when, (1) the customer provided an incorrect or outdated address, (2) the recipient is on vacation or unable/unwilling to accept the gift, or (3) the gift has to be re-routed to another location. There will also be a 20% restocking fee. 

You may change the delivery address or delivery date as long as your order has not been delivered or is not on its way to being delivered. When making changes, please e-mail us at [email protected] or call us and include your order confirmation number, along with your daytime and evening phone numbers to facilitate the process. Same for a cancellation of an order.

All orders placed by 12:00 MST for 3 day, 2 day, or Next Day air shipping will ship the same day. Air orders placed after 12:00 MST ship the next business day. All ground orders will ship within 1 business day. Standard carrier transit times for internet orders apply to local Denver area deliveries as well. (For ground shipments, shipping time is figured beginning the day after your order is placed. For example: Order Monday – the delivery will take 3 days – we ship on Tuesday, then your delivery day will be Friday.) Transit times do not include the day a gift ships, Holidays, Saturday or Sunday.

Please be aware that Holiday volume or Inclement Weather may hinder carrier delivery.

Holiday Shipping
December 1, 2020 through January 4th, 2021. Ground orders placed before the 12 PM MST cut off Monday through Friday ship within 2-4 business days and are not guaranteed to ship the same day. As an example, an order placed over the weekend or Monday prior to 12 pm will ship by Thursday.

Holiday Ground Deadline
Ground orders placed before 12 PM MST on 12/18/ are guaranteed to ship prior to Christmas. (Please take into consideration the 2-4 day lead time on ground orders during the month of December.) Ground orders placed after 12 PM MST on 12/18/ are not guaranteed to ship prior to the holiday closing but we will do our very best! We will continue to ship any and all orders we possibly can up through Tuesday 12/22/. However, we cannot guarantee an order will ship prior to Christmas when it is placed after the above deadlines.

Holiday Air Shipping Deadline The deadline for guaranteed shipping of an air order prior to Christmas is 12/21/ at 10 AM MST. All air orders placed after 10 AM MST on 12/21/ may not ship until Monday 12/28/.

Hospital and Hotel Deliveries:
Unless you are absolutely certain that the recipient will be at the hospital or hotel when your gift arrives, consider having the gift shipped to recipient’s home or business address. Should you elect to ship to the hospital or hotel address, please be advised we assume no responsibility for the gift becoming lost or misplaced within the facility, failure of staff to deliver the gift to the recipient or gifts arriving after they have checked out/been dismissed.

Fruit Basket Shipping Restrictions:
order on Monday or Tuesday – 3 Day, 2 Day, or Next Day Air shipping are the available options. order on Wednesday – 2 Day or Next Day Air are the available options. order on Thursday – Next Day Air is the only option Any and all fruit basket orders placed on Wednesday or Thursday with anything other than the options listed above will be held until the following Monday for shipping. There is no shipping of fruit on Friday. (We do not offer Saturday delivery on fruit.)

As a reminder, chocolates and perishables need to ship via Next Day Air May – mid-October. If you want to ship these gifts via ground, we are happy to accommodate your request but at your own risk at all times June – October. We do not pay claims of any kind on these items if they melt, even when shipping via Next Day Air as the carrier will not cover the claim.

Recipients must be present to receive their package. Plus, they must be 21+ and a signature is required. This policy is non-negotiable. Please do not ask us to bend this rule. Additionally, you must be 21 years or older to order wine gift baskets or Liquor Filled Chocolates. Shipments of wine are available to the following states only: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, LA, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NM, NC, ND, OH, OR, SC, TX, VA, VT, WV, WI, WY; wine baskets containing Little Lakes, Windwhistle Grove, Briar Creek, Steeplechase and Talaria Vineyards may also be shipped to MI, NY, VA and WA. The Supreme Court has ruled in favor of opening up interstate commerce but the court does not tell the states how to change their laws. It is up to each state's legislature to react to the ruling and establish and enforce their own alcohol related shipping policies. This will take some time. Check back for an updated list of states where we can deliver wine to; hopefully more states will be added soon!

Shipping to Canada:
At this time, shipments take one extra day to process. We do not use USPS. However, there will be no claims offered or honored on these shipments due to Customs’ involvement. No loss claims, late delivery refunds, or damage claims honored under any circumstances. For all other international orders, please call us.

Claims and Return Policy:
We will do our utmost to create and send out perfect gifts but, sadly, sometimes this section is necessary. If for any reason the recipients or purchaser is unhappy with a gift, it may certainly be returned. (1) if the gift is simply not wanted, or you are not satisfied, you may ship it back to us at your expense and receive a partial or, in most cases, a full refund less the shipping cost. The refund is based on the gift’s perishability and condition upon being returned. The gift must be unopened and untampered with. (2) If the gift is damaged or we have made an error, we will call tag (return label) the original gift and either ship a new one or refund the gift in full. However, if we cannot call tag the gift, no refund or credit can be offered. Retrieving the gift is the only way we have of verifying the damages and placing a claim with our carrier. All damage claims, discrepancies, and late delivery claims must be made within 2 business days of the gift being received. Because of carrier restrictions, there will be NO exceptions to this policy. If the gift is disposed of before we can verify damages or discrepancies, sorry, we will be unable to issue a refund. If a gift arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy, we will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner and to your satisfaction!
